New Builds in the Scottish Borders
Dickson Homes Ltd
Established in 2004 we produce well built houses in the Scottish Borders area. We are based on the outskirts of Selkirk in the heart of the Borders area. We are NHBC registered in addition to being Gas Safe and Oftec registered for our heating and plumbing work.
Our first project was The Tannery on Mill Street in Selkirk which was formerly a challenging brownfield gap site. This has now been transformed into 4 semi-detached houses and a bungalow in an attractive cul de sac arrangement - see our Gallery.
We have worked on several large extensions where we have acted as the main contractor as well as designing fuel efficient heating systems. We can provide a complete service from liaising with an architect, project managing the work through to the final decorating stage or we can fit in with your plans as best suits your project.
We work with established Borders based contractors with a proven track record and can provide all trades or work with the trades you have already chosen. Examples of some of our work can be seen on the Gallery page.
We won a Green Apple Award in 2009 for our work at Forestfield, Selkirk where a 6 room extension was added to a traditional whinstone house enhancing the property whilst maintaining the traditional appearance externally. Have a look on our Gallery page for more examples of our work.
